Refund policy
Returns & refunds are accepted within 7 days after receiving the package. The customer is subject to delivery costs when handling a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
The initial shipping costs are not refundable. The cost of returning the clothes is your own responsibility and will not be covered by us.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please make sure that the return shipment is sent with tracking and that you keep the receipt. If the package is lost and you have shipped without tracking, we cannot give you a refund.
Once we have received the package and the item has been inspected, ypu will receive a reimbursement to the same account used to place the order. Reimbursements take around 3 working days to reach an account.
