All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Expected Delivery Time
Below some expected delivery times for some trade routes:
- For Italian Customers (online payment): Items will be delivered in 24/48 hours after receiving tracking.
- For Italian Customers (Cash on Delivery): Items will be delivered in 4-5 days after receiving tracking.
- For UK and EU Customers: Items will be delivered in 4-5 days after receiving tracking.
- For US and Canada Customers: Items will be delivered in 3-6 days after receiving tracking.
- For every other country: Items will be delivered in 5-12 days after receiving tracking.
Import VAT & Customs Charges
When your shipment arrives, you may be required to pay import VAT and duty on the goods, depending by your country’s import laws, which is collected by the courier directly. We do not take responsibility for any deliveries subject to customs charges, duties or taxes. If you are asked to pay taxes on the website and upon the arrival of your order, please contact us immediately, as we’ll refund the tax amount you’ve payed on the website.
